We also carry a wide assortment of gourmet food gift baskets, champagne gift baskets, wine gift baskets and baby gifts which are sure to impress anyone on your holiday wish list.
Q: If I place an order, how will my baskets be shipped?
A: We utilize several different shipping methods, always trying to find the best solution for you. For ground shipping we mainly use DHL who is our preferred carrier.
Q: Do you offer shipping insurance?
A: All gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you!
Q: Can I send a personalized message with my gift basket?
A: Yes, you can. Just remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form. Your baskets will arrive with your personalized gift card.
Q: Why are you limited on the states you can ship your gift baskets to?
A: Some European Countries do not have completed delivery services. However, if you wish to ship to a country that is not listed, please send us an e-mail request and we will try to help you.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, Mastercard and Paypal.
Q: What is your product substitution policy?
A: From time to time, orders come in at such a pace that we temporarily run out of a particular basket item. Also the availability of some products or containers is not guaranteed all the time. When this is the case, we do reserve the right to substitute another product of equal or greater value to ensure your basket gets out in time. Thank you for your understanding. Please be assured that if we need to replace products or containers that it will be done so in a manner that the gift basket and/or its contents will suit the occasion that you are sending it for.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are available Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm CET, Saturday and Sunday limited hours.
Q: Why do you need my recipient's phone number?
A: Some shipping companies must have the recipient's phone number to qualify for our guaranteed delivery service. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with delivery.
Q: Do you ship chocolate in the summer?
A: From April/May - September/October the chocolate items in our gift baskets are replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value.

A. We are required to collect sales tax on all gifts designated for the EU.
